The price of the apartments includes the following:

• Accommodation in comfortable and spacious apartments
•  Internet access in the apartment
•  Use of private thermal water in the bathroom of the apartment
•  Air conditioner
•  Closed parking lot

•  The abovementioned prices are for 1 night.
•  The main season prices are valid on holidays and the related periods.
•  The prices exclude the local tourist taxes, of which the value is: HUF 500/person/night    
•  Persons below 18 years of age are excepted from the payment of the tax.
•  We do not provide ticket to the spa on the day of departure.

Conditions of cancellation:

If you would like to have your booking cancelled, you can do it without payment of a termination fee:

•  in case of a booking of 1-2 days: 5 days before arrival
•  in case of a booking of 3 or more days: 7 days before arrival.
•  in case of a group booking (10 apartments or 15 persons): 
•  in case of a booking of 1-2 days: 7 days before arrival
•  in case of a booking of 3 or more days: 10 days before arrival.
•  in case of a cancellation within 3 days, the apartment considers the paid deposit as a termination fee. The conditions of cancellation may vary depending on the duration of the stay.

Deposit:

Deposit only in high season and public holidays required. Guest must the reservation in any case written cancel, missing of deposit means no automaticly cancel of reservation. But in this case (no Deposit) we can cancell the reservation. Vor the cancellation wir inform our guests.

Occupation of apartments:
is possible from 2 p.m, in case of an early arrival, please, inform yourself at our co-workers
Departure from the apartments:
Until 10.00 a.m.
Price of a prolonged stay on the day of departure: For HUF 4,000 of apartment surcharge until 3 p.m., by a previous conciliation. Rights of price changes are reserved.
